Lappin Foundation, whose mission is enhancing Jewish identity across generations, seeks a passionate, responsible, self-motivated individual, who identifies as a proud Zionist, to join our team as a Program Generalist.  This unique combined role offers the opportunity to put your varied skills to work in multiple areas: teen and young adult engagement; social media; fundraising; administration; educational travel; Israel, Holocaust, and antisemitism education; alumni and community relations; and communications. This position is basd in Beverly, Massachusetts, at the Cummings Center, and most of the work week will be at the office, except when doing programs or traveling. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with benefits. To accommodate program schedules and events, the role may require some evening and weekend work.

Main job responsibilities include: planning and implementing programs for teens and young adults; assisting with educational travel; building alumni database; managing social media; maintaining the website and calendars; supporting the Operations Director; supporting the Development Director; and serving as an ambassador for the Foundation in a variety of roles in the community.    

Job requirements: wholeheartedly support Lappin Foundation's mission; college degree in a related field; competency with Microsoft 365; experience developing and implementing Jewish programs for teens and young adults; excellent interpersonal skills; strong facilitation skills; willingness to learn new things; 1-3 years of experience fundraising; and flexibility. Experience with Salesforce database a plus.
