Role & Purpose
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy, decision-making and long-term sustainability. The CFO oversees the Finance Unit and the Information Technology department and serves as the primary financial spokesperson. The CFO works directly with the Chief Executive Officer and supports the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer in all strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, forecasting, contract negotiation, cost analysis and funding strategies. The CFO ensures that financial systems and technology platforms support organizational goals, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the organization’s fiscal health. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects, including accounting, reporting, risk management, and strategic planning. This executive role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis within both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing complex financial systems and teams.
