Position Summary
CJP is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven emerging professional to help strengthen Jewish identity, combat antisemitism, and build a vibrant leadership pipeline across generations.
This role supports a portfolio of high-impact initiatives—including Student to Student (peer-led education to counter antisemitism), teen philanthropy (B’nai Tzedek), and leadership development programs spanning all ages and stages.
The Associate will serve as both a program coordinator and informal educator, helping to create meaningful learning experiences while building strong relationships across the community.
This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to grow as both a community builder and informal educator, gaining hands-on experience in leadership development and Jewish learning while making a meaningful impact.
