Position Summary

Ramah Berkshires is seeking enthusiastic and versatile Program Specialists to support either our sports or culinary programming across camp.  These roles blend instruction and hands-on experiences, creating engaging opportunities for campers to build skills, confidence, and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead sports instruction and recreational activities for campers of varying ages and skill levels
• Facilitate indoor and outdoor cooking programs including baking, meal prep, and campfire cooking
• Promote teamwork, creativity, and personal growth through programming
• Ensure safety across all activities and maintain organized program spaces
• Collaborate with staff to plan events, tournaments, and special programs

Qualifications

• Experience in sports, coaching, cooking, or youth programming preferred
• Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Ability to be physically active and lead hands-on activities throughout the day
