We’re hiring an art teacher to join our Beit Sefer (religious school) teaching team starting this fall! Teaching religious school is a meaningful opportunity to impact young people’s lives while being part of a warm, collaborative faculty community.
At Beit Sefer, learners gain confidence to engage with Jewish texts, traditions, and prayers that support them in their lives right now. This year, we are placing a special emphasis on the arts as a powerful expression of Jewish learning and community. Beth Emet’s year will culminate in an arts and music festival celebrating the creativity of our community, including our learners and teachers.
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic artist and educator who is excited to help shape meaningful Jewish art experiences for children and teens in our dedicated art room. We are committed to high-quality, process-rich art projects that invite learners to explore Jewish ideas, holidays, Hebrew, and self-expression through hands-on creativity.

- Love working with children and have experience leading creative learning experiences
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, curiosity, and flexibility
