TAMID Group is seeking a Program Operations Associate who is detail-oriented and energized by working in a fast-moving environment where systems are continuously improving.

The Program Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations of TAMID’s student programs, helping deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across a global network. This role focuses on managing data, systems, logistics, and communications to ensure programs run effectively at scale.

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer - Campus and working closely with the Digital Operations Manager, this is a cross-functional role at the intersection of Member Experience and Operations. It is an execution-focused position centered on running systems and supporting program and event delivery, rather than owning strategy or leading initiatives.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

The Operations Associate will support TAMID’s campus programs through the following core areas:

1. Data Management & Reporting

  • Oversee the accuracy of student and chapter data, including rosters, leadership, and attendance, ensuring reliability across all systems and reporting.
  • Track participation and program execution at scale to provide staff with a clear, comprehensive view of each chapter’s health and progress across programs
  • Prepare accurate, easy-to-understand reports on chapter and student data to help staff track progress and make informed decisions 
  • Regularly review and clean data to ensure everything is organized and reliable

2. Program & Platform Operations

  • Conduct user-testing and provide training, support, and onboarding for TAMID Group’s new member portal
  • Track performance for the TAMID consulting program wherein teams of students work on projects with Israeli companies
  • Build and maintain AI tools to support programs
  • Run key aspects of the day-to-day operation of programs, including tracking progress, creating forms, and updating key information
  • Manage program inboxes, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses to students

3. Event Operations

  • Support the execution of large-scale annual events, including TAMIDCon and NYC Summer Summit in partnership with event leads
  • Coordinate registration, participant tracking, and logistics alongside program leads and cross-functional teams
  • Support event logistics, including preparation of materials, supplies, schedules, and on-site needs

4. Financial & Administrative Operations

  • Track chapter and program spending to support adherence to budgets
  • Process and reconcile expenses, including collecting receipts and recording transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

5. Operate With Flexibility & Ownership

  • Work alongside a high-caliber team to build TAMID through its next phase of growth, embracing evolving responsibilities as needed
  • Act as a key connector who ensures seamless coordination, clear communication, and consistent execution between the Operations and Member Experience teams

What You Bring to the Team: 

  • A systems-thinking mindset, with aptitude for software systems and technology
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage students, alumni, and staff with clarity and intention
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, organization, and strong execution across your work
  • The ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • An interest in building a career in operations, systems, or program infrastructure 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Passion for the work and mission of TAMID Group 
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year of experience in operations, data / systems management, customer success, or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software products in order to maximize their usefulness
  • Proficiency in any of the following areas is a plus: Salesforce, Monday.com, Gemini, Google Workspace

This is a fully remote position in the U.S with a strong preference for candidates located on the east coast. We frequently connect with team members in Israel via Zoom, Slack, and Monday.com. We largely maintain east coast business hours, with flexibility as needed. This position requires occasional evening/weekend hours and occasional domestic or international travel. 

The salary for this role is $50,000. 

 

Hiring Process and Timeline:

  • Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with preference given to those submitted by May 22, 2026
  • The interview process will be wrapped up in mid-June with an anticipated start time in late June or early July
