Temple Kehillat Chaim, a Reform Congregation in downtown Roswell, Georgia is a warm and active 165-family congregation. We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the synagogue office. This position will typically average 18 hours per week. There are busy times of the year (like the time leading up to the start of the religious school year and the time leading up to the High Holidays) where the Office Administrator may be asked to work more than 18 hours per week. There are also slower times of the year where the Office Administrator may work less than 18 hours per week.
The Office Administrator is salaried at $16, 800 annually.
Position to start July 1, 2026 with some training dates in June.
The successful applicant must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and promptness with deadlines. They should be professional in person, on the telephone and with online communication with members, prospective members and others. This individual must be organized, detail oriented, personable and capable of managing sensitive information with discretion while juggling multiple priorities.The individual should have significant experience in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of website operations (Wix), Constant Contact and other CRM software systems.
The Office Administrator reports to the Administrative Director.

Monday 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Tuesday 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Wednesday 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Thursday the office is closed
Friday 10:00 am-1:00 pm
Additional preferred qualifications include:
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage time and deadlines, while taking the initiative to complete tasks
Be able to work individually and within the team
Be able to keep confidentiality
Amiable personality for phone calls, emails and in person contacts
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as adaptability to learn Wix and CRM software
