Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Arrowsmith Program Facilitator at Gardens Jewish Experience.

The Arrowsmith Program is a scientifically-based educational approach that strengthens students' cognitive capacities through targeted exercises. It enables individuals with learning difficulties to improve fundamental skills like reading, writing, math, memory, and reasoning by harnessing the brain's neuroplacticity to create lasting change, rather than relying on accommodations or workarounds.

The cognitive skills strengthened through the Arrowsmith Program directly support Hebrew language acquisition and bar/bat mitzvah preparation. Students develop enhanced capacity to engage with complex texts and concepts.

This in-person role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students with learning differences overcome their challenges through targeted computer-based cognitive exercises.

You will be provided comprehensive training in program methodology.
