The Social Programs Facilitator leads dynamic, inclusive social experiences that foster friendship, confidence, and independence. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong leader and a hands-on mentor—someone who thrives in building programs while also building people.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and lead engaging social programs for children and adults with special needs
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement
  • Support mentorship, Business Ambassador, and vocational initiatives
  • Build partnerships with local businesses to expand job training and mentorship opportunities
  • Serve as a job coach, working directly with students to develop workplace skills and confidence
  • Promote programs through community outreach and social media
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for inclusion and community engagement

The schedule includes three Sundays and two Thursday evenings per month.

Salary55,000.00 - 65,000.00 Annual
