What is LEV?
LEV is a nonprofit community organization reimagining what Jewish life can look like—dynamic, inclusive, and truly accessible to all. LEV—Hebrew for heart and an acronym for Learn, Engage, Venture—creates engaging experiences that meet learners of every age, background, and ability exactly as they are, opening meaningful pathways to Jewish connection and community. Rooted in relationships, creativity,
and dignity (B’tzelem Elohim), we nurture the whole child and foster meaningful Jewish journeys through inclusive, multisensory programs that meet each learner where they are. Through our specialized Sunday School for neurodiverse children—paired one-on-one with trained teen mentors—our innovative LEV Mobile, and immersive, sensory-rich community experiences, we bring Judaism to life through joy, play,
and belonging. Beyond our direct service programs, we partner with educators and institutions to expand this impact, helping to build a more inclusive Jewish ecosystem. At our core is a simple but powerful
belief: when we live the values we teach, and when every person is radically accepted and welcomed as their full self, Jewish life becomes stronger, richer, and more vibrant for all. Visit www.livewithlev.org and our social media (@livewithlev) for more details.
