Seeking a second grade teacher for Beth Am Mensch Lab starting Sunday, January 4.
Classes meet from 9:00am-12:00pm on Sundays through May 3.
We are looking for someone with a background in teaching, camp, youth group work or a combination of those areas. We seek someone with a desire to live the Jewish value of L’Dor V’Dor to shape and guide our next generation of Reform Jewish thinkers and leaders.
Our curriculum focuses on Hebrew reading readiness, Torah/Bible stories, and holiday practices to form a solid Jewish literacy foundation and positive Jewish identity for our students. The second grade has an intensive on the holiday of Purim.
Generous salary commensurate with experience with a range ranging from $28-50/hour. Plus synagogue membership discount.
