Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards in a fun and engaging way
- Create a positive classroom environment
- Provide instruction in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Partner with parents to achieve successful students
- Participate and pursue ongoing professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license

- Montessori Certification required

- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
