Valley Beth Shalom Early Childhood Center is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager.
The ECC Office Manager reports to the Early Childhood Center Director and Assistant Director, and manages front and back office operations. This role requires excellent time management, and impeccable organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be energetic, collaborative, innovative, warm, committed to Jewish values, and have a solid background in administrative work or related fields of employment.
Duties include greeting families and visitors; managing phone calls and emails; coordinating hot lunch and enrichment programs; managing inventory of supplies and snacks, and placing orders as needed; maintaining daily attendance records; and organizing and maintaining staff personnel records. The ECC Office Manager also supports event planning, prepares setup requests and facility repair forms, and manages the Director's calendar. We are looking for a team player who adds value to our school administrative team.
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, and includes paid vacation and sick days, as well as optional benefits - medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
