Katz Yeshiva High School is searching for its next visionary HOS/CEO to guide and direct the next phase in the evolution of our outstanding institution. Our next leader will oversee and mentor our highly-skilled administrative team and more than 100 talented faculty members. Additionally, he or she will advocate on behalf of the growth and development of our approximately 500 students.
This role requires skilled management within the school building, effective communication with our parent body, and to be an ambassador of the KYHS mission to the community. The ideal candidate will direct all facets of our school, facilitating our students’ religious and spiritual growth, maximizing their academic potential and partnering in their development into the best possible version of themselves. A dedicated group of lay leaders will earnestly support the Head of School/CEO in a partnership endeavoring to take the school on the next phase in pursuit of its mission.
Our search offers candidates the unique opportunity to lead a school in the center of a large and dynamic Jewish community in South Florida, the country’s fastest growing region of Modern Orthodox life. Students travel from as far as Miami and West Palm Beach due to the high quality secular and Judaic education the school has provided for the past 25 years. The school is on excellent financial footing and has an outstanding administrative team in place, along with dynamic teachers and a state of the art 10 acre campus, housing our 84,000 square foot building.
