Description
  • Create reports for stakeholders based on data from project outputs and outcomes and the budget
  • Meeting deadlines for all processes associated with the portfolio, including budgeting, internal reporting and liaising with Development professionals.
  • Creating milestone schedules, drafting projects policies,
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • BA or similar advanced degree required

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience working and demonstrated success managing administratively complex projects and working with a wide variety of organizational levels and personalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Computer skills: excellent knowledge of Excel and Word, familiarity with building and managing Excel databases
  • Ability to take a project from start to finish
  • Research skills
