Reporting to the Executive Director, this part-time (20 hrs/week) role fills the administrative needs of the synagogue.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Synagogue Reception - Welcoming congregants and the public to the building and answering phones,
• Communications – Social media, weekly congregant emails, designing graphics for programming, updating website
• Event Administration – Managing program calendar, facilitating registration, coordinating event logistics with lay leaders
• General Administrative Support
