What You'll Do:
- Design and Execute the Camp Experience: Implement and deliver a diverse, engaging daily schedule that blends sports, creative media, leadership opportunities, and time-honored camp traditions.
- Lead with Vision: Collaborate with the Camp Director and leadership team to shape the big-picture programming and select off-site adventures that fuel excitement and growth.
- Champion Inclusion and Fun: Ensure every activity celebrates character, community, and camper individuality—making sure everyone finds their place and their passion.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide and develop a young, energetic staff—providing feedback, support, and a model of leadership that empowers others.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and make real-time adjustments to keep campers engaged and thriving.
- Manage Resources: Oversee inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure every program runs smoothly and safely.
