Affinity Health Services is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director of Strategy & Partnership to lead strategic initiatives and community engagement at Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Scranton, PA. This onsite leadership role will drive growth, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and elevate the standard of senior care across the region.

Core Focus Areas

• Lead long-term strategy and growth initiatives, ensuring ESNAR’s sustainability and impact.
  • Strengthen financial health through strategic budgeting, fundraising, and partnerships.
  • Represent ESNAR as a community ambassador, cultivating partnerships and expanding regional presence.
  • Promote innovative care models and technology adoption to enhance care and efficiency.
  • Foster organizational culture, leadership development, and inclusive governance.

Success Will Be Measured By

• Strategic census enhancement.
• Philanthropic support and new funding secured.
• Expansion of community partnerships and regional presence.
• Implementation of care innovations and technology.
• Strengthened governance and leadership succession.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field.
• 7–10 years of executive leadership in healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong skills in strategy, financial stewardship, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Respect for Jewish cultural values with ability to lead inclusively.

Work Schedule & Travel
