Youth Advisor

The Youth Advisor plans, oversees, and attends youth engagement events at Congregation Beth Or. This position acts as a point of contact with students to create a fun, engaging, and supportive youth engagement program. The Advisor also leads teen outreach programming in local schools, engages teens in YOBO (our teen program), and coordinates program logistics under the direction of the Director of Religious School/Bnai Mitzvah Training. The ideal candidate combines the ability to work with a variety of age groups with attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork. This position requires weekday and Sunday hours during the religious school year. This position is part time.
