Camp Ramah in the Berkshires is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vocational Skills Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, in a camp setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to mentor and guide participants (employees with mild to moderate support needs) in achieving their personal and professional goals while providing direct coaching and feedback at job sites across camp. Coaches will work with a small group of 3-4 individuals, helping them develop job skills, manage schedules, and ensure a positive camp experience. The position is supervised by the Director of Community Care and Inclusion.
This position can either be residential or the staff member can commute to Camp to work an agreed upon scheduele of days & hours.
