Position Overview:
The Impact Team Coordinator position supports administrative and executive functions that drive efficiency and effectiveness for the Impact department, primarily focusing on Community Capacity initiatives.
This role is responsible for collecting, organizing and synthesizing information;coordinating virtual and in-person
meetings and events; and managing data. This is a role that interfaces with internal Federation professionals across the organization, key volunteers, and external partners such as synagogues, human service agencies, day schools, Jewish Community Centers, and other communal organizations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support including
scheduling internal and external meetings, maintaining
digital filing systems, and greeting and assisting visitors
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
- Organize and coordinate logistics for meetings and events (including agendas, materials, catering, and room setup)
- Support the team with notetaking, mail merging, invoice processing,
grant agreements and other contracts, and data entry
- Maintain databases and support internal customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Develop communications for allocations and reporting, including grant letters, surveys, and other data collection efforts
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels and external stakeholders
- Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and balance multiple requests at once
- Comfortable with and open to learning new technologies
- Knowledge of the Jewish community, its customs, and practices preferred
