The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to support the Campaign department. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask, strong interpersonal skills to partner with multiple departments, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, a strong background in database maintenance and event registration.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of Administrative background
  • Proficient in Microsoft software and programs
  • Strong knowledge of database maintenance
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
