About Shomrei
Shomrei is a thriving and growing 500+ person synagogue in the heart of Montclair, NJ with a strong preschool (Mondays-Fridays) and religious school (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Affiliated with the Conservative Movement, Shomrei balances the wisdom of the tradition with innovation and a spirit of welcoming and inclusion.
Office Administrator: Reports to Operations Manager; Position is an integral part of Synagogue Operations with a focus on Office and Operations administration. Position is located in the front office—meets and greets visitors, tasks include the core work of the synagogue—including membership work, Shabbat preparation, holiday tasks and general administrative work. This is a full-time position—primarily M-F 9:00-5:30.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year; salary commensurate with experience and background
