Conservative congregation in Monmouth County is seeking part-time Jewish educators to join our inspirational teaching team. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, creative, love children and want to help shape the next generation of Jewish learners. Our staff collaborates throughout the year to develop an engaging and meaningful experience for students with a variety of needs. We are an inclusive community, and we welcome families from a variety of Jewish and interfaith backgrounds.
We are looking to fill Wednesday evenings from 4:30pm-6:30pm and Sunday mornings from 9:00 am-11:30 am at an hourly rate.
Teachers are required to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of school, submit monthly lesson plans and attend several staff meetings, staff professional developments, and evening events outside of Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the year.

WHO HAVE:
- A background in Judaic studies/knowledge of Jewish holidays/customs/rituals
- Preferably Elementary and/or middle school teaching, camp/youth group experience
- Some positions also require individuals with ability to read/teach Hebrew smoothly
-Basic knowledge/understanding of Shabbat blessings and prayers.
- An understanding of email, Microsoft office, and Teams/Zoom.
