Lead or Assistant Teacher Position at Beit Blumi Jewish Early Childhood Center

Beit Blumi is a warm, nurturing, and progressive Jewish early childhood center where children thrive and educators are valued. We are growing our team and are excited to welcome a Lead or Assistant Preschool Teacher to our staff. The position and responsibilities will be based on experience, and we’re looking to hire promptly.

Who We're Looking For:

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are kind, patient, loving, and nurturing

• Have previous experience in early childhood education

• Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (for lead role)

• Are familiar with—or excited to learn—the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Conscious Discipline

• Have knowledge of Jewish values, traditions, and holidays (or interest in learning)

• Are organized, collaborative, and passionate about guiding young learners

• Value a classroom culture built on creativity, exploration, and play
