ensuring congregants receive a warm greeting at temple events, and anything else to make congregants feel welcome and at home.
• Create opportunities in conjunction with the clergy for personal encounters with members
• Incorporate relational moments into PTBE programming and events
• Work with temple staff to ensure all engagement activities are promoted across all PTBE communications media
• Manage database of prospective and new members to track engagement progress and develop relationships

Success will be measured by community response to their perceived engagement and their personal community growth via annual temple survey (compared to baseline survey data already collected), as well as traction of Small Group initiative, and delivery of activities from the Engagement Task Force.
