Description

JCCGCI, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Grants and Data Management. This role will be responsible for overseeing grants management and data analysis to support JCCGCI’s mission and strategic objectives. The Manager of Grants and Data Management will play a vital role in securing funding through grant applications, managing grant portfolios, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Additionally, this position will be responsible for effectively utilizing data management systems and tools to track, analyze, and report on program outcomes and impact.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive grants management strategy, including identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and managing grant reporting requirements.
  • Research, thoroughly draft and submit solicited and unsolicited compelling proposals that lead to grant awards
  • Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and track grant progress, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines, budget utilization, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date grant records, including documentation of grant agreements, budgets, and other relevant information.
  • Utilize data management systems and tools to collect, analyze, and report on program outcomes, impact, and performance indicators.
  • Assist in representing JCCGCI during negotiations with public and private funding sources, as well as, during monitoring visits and audits.
  • Responsible for quality assurance of grant programs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as nonprofit management, public administration, or data analytics) required. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Experience in grants management, including grant writing, budgeting, and reporting.
  • The ability to effectively to collect, analyze and communicate complex information.
  • The ability to collect and present complex information in a concise and clear manner.
  • Excellent writing and written presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and knowledge of grant funding sources and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and preferably in data management software.

Annual Salary: $75-95,000
