DIRECTOR, ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT
San Diego Jewish Academy (SDJA) seeks a strategic, results-oriented admissions leader to grow our SDJA community. Reporting to the CFO/COO/CSO, the Director will build meaningful relationships with prospective families, collaborate with school division heads to implement a robust enrollment management strategy, and lead the admissions team to achieve measurable goals.
Key Focus: The top priority is driving enrollment growth and delivering quantifiable results. This includes generating and nurturing prospective families through the admissions pipeline, developing community partnerships, and ensuring each step of the admissions process supports the school’s enrollment objectives. The ideal candidate thrives on setting ambitious goals, tracking outcomes, and turning inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000. The offer to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience, training, practical knowledge, and education.
