Youth & Family Program Administrator

Congregation Rodef Sholom Youth & Family Program Administrator 

Part-Time | Hybrid (San Rafael + Remote) | $25/hour

Congregation Rodef Sholom* is seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvy Youth & Family Administrator to provide administrative support for our Sunday School, Hebrew program, and youth & family engagement initiatives.

This hybrid, part-time role involves managing scheduling, communication, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of our youth programs. We’re looking for someone who excels in detail-oriented work, is comfortable with technology, and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sunday School enrollment and student records
  
  
• Manage Hebrew program schedules and communication with families
  
  
• Prepare materials for weekly programs and special events
  
  
• Create simple graphics using Canva and send program updates through MailChimp (not required, but a plus)
  
  
• Assist with inventory and teacher support
  

Work Expectations:

• 10–15 hrs/week (October–April) / 15–20 hrs/week (May–October)
  
  
• Minimum of 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday
  
  
• Proactive and can work independently
  
  
• Room for growth
