Position Summary:
The Executive Director works in partnership with the Senior Clergy and Lay Leadership to shape and fulfill the Mission and Vision of Congregation Shaare Emeth. Reporting to the President of the Congregation, the Executive Director is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team which includes the Senior Clergy, President and 1st Vice President. The Executive Director has direct supervisory authority for personnel involved in the business/financial operations, facilities, technology/systems, development, membership, communications, and office administration functions.
Qualifications:
The Executive Director is a manager with the ability to move from dialog to decision-making and a skilled supervisor and motivator who can effectively manage the complex operations of the congregation.
