Brown RISD Hillel, a leading Hillel in the global network, is seeking an IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement – an emerging professional with contagious Jewish passion, entrepreneurial energy, and strong leadership and networking skills. The IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement will collaborate with the BRH staff to innovate, grow, and experiment with new models of Jewish community building and meaning making, strengthening students' connectivity to the land, people, and state of Israel.
The IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement will manage and bolster the success of Brown RISD Hillel’s Israel strategy and engagement model through the following core initiatives:
Candidates should have a BA from a residential, 4-year college and 0-2 years of professional work experience. Entrepreneurial energy, a passion for all things Israel, and highly developed logistical skills are keys to success in this position. In addition, the IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement should exhibit creativity, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to take initiative, interest in professional growth, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership development skills. The candidate must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments. The candidate should be solutions-oriented.
