Description

The Office Assistant position is a part-time and temporary (6 months to a year) job.  This person is integral to the operation of a busy office and will be responsible for creating program flyers, setting up and maintaining spreadsheets, and creating and editing documents 

We are looking for a person who takes initiative, possesses exemplary written and oral communication skills, is creative, efficient, and flexible, and is someone who can multitask easily. 

It is imperative that this person have previous office experience, possess an advanced skill set in database management, desktop publishing, and already have a working knowledge of Constant Contact.

The Office Assistant MUST be able to use the following Microsoft products without training:

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Outlook.

This position is for between 15 to 20 hours each week and the working hours have flexibility.

The Salary range is between $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
