National Director

Team Protect is a Jewish child safety organization working to prevent tragedies like hot car deaths and drownings through technology, education, and advocacy. We’re seeking a visionary and driven National Director to lead our growth, strengthen our presence, and expand our life-saving mission.

Overview: 

The National Director will oversee operations, cultivate key relationships, and represent Team Protect to donors, partners, and the public. This leader will ensure responsible management while driving strategic growth, fundraising, and national impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, staff, and volunteers
• Lead logistics for national projects and campaigns
• Develop marketing and communication strategies
• Build partnerships and donor relationships
• Create and implement a long-term growth plan
• Serve as the organization’s public representative

• Build and manage collaborations with third-party vendors and partners in the child safety field

• Advocate for child safety initiatives and raise awareness of the organization’s mission and programs

Qualifications:

• Proven nonprofit leadership and management experience
• Strong understanding of the Jewish community
• Strategic, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work remotely
