About the Organization:

Founded in 1990, the Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation (AJCF) is dedicated to building a
world free from hatred through transformative education. In an era when antisemitism and
intolerance are on the rise, AJCF trains thousands each year—including future military
officers, law enforcement professionals, educators, and students from across the globe—on
the enduring lessons of the Holocaust and the dangers of unchecked hate.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role
in delivering AJCF’s anti-hate education programs to middle schools, high schools, and
universities throughout the New York Metropolitan region. This position blends logistics,
relationship-building, and community engagement—ensuring our programs run seamlessly
and reach the audiences that need them most.


Key Responsibilities:

? Partner with local elected officials, school districts, and community leaders to bring
anti-hate programming into targeted schools and academic institutions.
? Oversee all logistical and scheduling needs, ensuring materials, facilitators, and venues
are fully prepared for each program.
? Coordinate VIP visits, media opportunities, and community engagement events as
directed by the Executive Vice President.
? Collaborate with program facilitators to maintain comprehensive scheduling coverage.
? Troubleshoot and resolve program issues raised by schools or elected officials.
? Support the execution of major events and trainings as part of AJCF’s public outreach.
? Collect, analyze, and report program data for both internal tracking and external
stakeholders.


Qualifications:

? 2–4 years’ experience in nonprofit program coordination, education, community
engagement, or state/local government.
? Bachelor’s degree required.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective partnerships.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
? Demonstrated success in managing and scaling logistical operations.
? Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
? Access to a reliable vehicle.


Compensation & amp; Benefits:

$80,000–$105,000 annually, plus benefits.
