We are a Conservative synagogue in suburban Needham, MA. In addition to resetting expectations and community norms and traditions during the Covid era, we are getting ready to say goodbye to our beloved and longtime rabbi. During the 2022-23 school year, we will be working with an interim rabbi as we search for a new permanent rabbi.

We also have a few other positions open at Temple Aliyah next year, including a middle school youth group advisor, specialists in our preschool and some teaching positions in our religious school. These would be separate from the Shabbat Educator internship position, but would be a way to add hours/pay to the intern’s schedule and would further integrate them into the community. Please contact Sarah Burns, Vice President of Youth Engagement, [email protected], with your resume and cover letter.
