Job Description:
The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and can prioritize and multi-task in order to meet goals and deadlines. The candidate must be discrete and able to keep donor/employee information strictly confidential. Primary duties include overseeing general operations including basic accounting, maintaining legal requirements and bank accounts, updating databases, managing emails and correspondences, planning events/the Annual Dinner, and corresponding with other high-level professionals such as attorneys, accountants and bankers. The candidate must have strong leadership skills to supervise members of the administrative staff, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively meet deadlines and manage a variety of responsibilities.
