Office Manager 

Full-Time | In Person | $55,000

Position Overview

The Office Administrator supports the essential behind-the-scenes operations that keep the organization running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities with care and efficiency.


What You’ll Do
  • Manage email correspondence and administrative follow-ups
  • Prepare and coordinate mailings, including donor acknowledgments
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and contact databases
  • Assist with scheduling and overall office organization
  • Support general administrative needs and run local errands as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
Salary50,000.00 - 60,000.00 Annual
