Donor Engagement Manager – Jewish Voters Unite

Jewish Voters Unite is seeking a motivated and strategic Donor Engagement Manager to cultivate relationships with donors contributing between $1,800 and $10,000. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on growing and strengthening our base of supporters while advancing the mission of Jewish Voters Unite.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects within the $1,800–$10,000 range, ensuring personalized engagement and stewardship.

  • Build meaningful relationships through consistent communication, tailored outreach, and engaging opportunities.

  • Conduct donor meetings, virtual and in-person, to strengthen connections and present the impact of their contributions.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategies for donor solicitation, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Create compelling donor-focused materials and cases for support that align with the organization’s vision and values.

  • Track and analyze donor data to monitor progress toward fundraising goals and refine strategies.

  • Facilitate timely acknowledgments and follow-ups to maintain donor trust and enthusiasm.

  • Participate in donor cultivation and stewardship events to foster community and connection.

 

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field with demonstrated success in managing donor portfolios.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for crafting personalized messages.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring seamless donor interactions.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and strategic approach.

  • Proficiency in donor database management, Office software, and digital tools for outreach.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

 

Additional Information


This role may occasionally require evening and weekend availability for donor-related events.

Salary60,000.00 - 75,000.00 Annual
