Coordinator, Expanding Horizons

Seeking a Coordinator, Expanding Horizons, to coordinate programs for neurodiverse youth and young adults.  The Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate psychosocial groups for individuals on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD and other developmental differences.  Hybrid work styles, flexible hours based on population served and needs. Coordinate Expanding Horizons Program

• Recruitment, screening, assessment and intake of prospective participants
• Co-facilitation of Expanding Horizons groups
• Supporting Program Manager in building relationships with community partners
• Maintaining accurate and up to date program documentation
• Assisting leadership with program evaluation, data collection and reporting as needed

Clinical Responsibilities

• Providing counseling to youth, families and adults as needed
• Ensuring process of agency biopsychosocial assessments, documentation, referrals are up to date
• Supporting Program Manager in development and implementation of pilot program for youth therapeutic groups

Requirements

Regular availability Monday and Thursday afternoons/evenings

Licensed in NJ as an LSW or comparable license

Experience and interest in working with neurodiverse popuation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with groups preferred
