Posted Date 11/03/2022

Beth Sholom Congregation is seeking a full-time Director of Early Learning to lead its Brodie Family Early Learning Center and to serve as its in-house Early Childhood Education expert.  Our Center is thriving, and this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional.

The Brodie Family Early Learning Center – a Keystone 4 STARS preschool – provides infant/toddler care and classes through pre-Kindergarten in a loving, stimulating, and creative environment, with early and late care options.  Nurtured by a professional team of teachers, assistants, and administrators, our children learn in the context of the Jewish calendar, holidays, and traditions.  Children are recognized for who they are as individuals and are encouraged to grow emotionally and cognitively with and from each other in our traditional and Montessori programs.  We are grateful to have an active Parent-Teacher Organization which fosters a strong sense of community throughout the year, and we are proud of our history of long-term service by our current faculty.

The Director of Early Learning supervises the Assistant Preschool Director and all teachers, serves on the full staff team, and reports to the Executive Director.
