Position Overview:

Jewish National Fund-USA seeks a Senior Campaign Executive to grow our donor base in Bucks County, PA  and Southern New Jersey. This position will be based out Jewish National Fund- USA's Philadelphia Office and reports to the Executive Director. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit annual gifts from your portfolio of existing donors and develop meaningful ongoing professional relationships with these supporters.
  • Identify, connect with, solicit and steward relationships with new donor prospects.
  • Collaborate enthusiastically with lay leadership including managing the board to leverage connections and engage them in working towards regional and national goals.
  • Recruit participants for trips to Israel and attendees for the Jewish National Fund-USA Annual National Conference.
  • Host Israeli affiliates and arrange for them to meet with appropriate donors and donor prospects.
  • Manage and arrange cultivation and outreach programs including synagogue and affinity group programs and donor thank you events.
  • Utilize Jewish National Fund-USA's Salesforce database to manage and track donor relationships.
  • Travel within the US and internationally, which may include Missions to Israel, Jewish National Fund- USA's Global Conference for Israel, and Staff Conference
  • Any other duties that your Supervisor may assign to you

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for Israel.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with the Jewish community throughout Southern New Jersey and Bucks county
  • At least 3 years of progressive responsibility and demonstrated achievements in fundraising and/or private sector sales.
  • Proven networking skills, along with the ability to inspire and build a growing community of supporters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a compelling ambassador and advocate for Jewish National Fund-USA's mission.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred or similar data management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to speak conversational Hebrew is desirable.
  • Candidate will be required to work nights, weekends as needed
  • Candidate will be required to travel as needed

Salary range will depend on experience level, but can fall within the range of $60,000-75,000.
