The Union for Reform Judaism’s (URJ) Development Department seeks a highly-motivated Development Assistant of Stewardship to help grow the participation, impact and reputation of the URJ and its core programs to increase participation, engagement and financial support for priority initiatives. The Development Assistant of Stewardship serves as the first point of contact with donors, prospects, Donor Advised Funds, and anyone who sends inquiries to the development department by phone and email. The Development Assistant of Stewardship is responsible for excellence in customer service including timely responsiveness for both internal and external inquiries. This position is part of a team that is responsible for ensuring accurate data in the donor database.
