We are seeking a passionate Judaic Studies Teacher/ Judaics Coordinator for Grades K–3 who brings energy, creativity, and a strong Torah foundation to early childhood and lower elementary education.
Teach Judaic subjects including Chumash, Tefillah, Parsha, and Jewish holidays through interactive and text-based instruction
Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment grounded in Jewish values
Lead daily morning tefillah with warmth and intention
Develop student skills in Hebrew reading, comprehension, and Chumash text study
Collaborate and assist colleagues on integrated units, holiday programs, and school events
Track and assess student progress and tailor instruction accordingly
Communicate regularly with parents and participate in family engagement initiatives
Attend professional development, staff meetings, and contribute to school-wide Judaic programming
Support hebrew literacy skills for students in K-3
Bachelor’s degree in Judaic Studies, Jewish Education, or related field (required)
Seminary training or Rabbinic ordination (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience teaching Judaic Studies at the early childhood or elementary level
Warm, nurturing demeanor with strong classroom management skills
Ability to teach Hebrew language and integrate Torah values across subjects
Familiarity with differentiation, student-centered learning, and formative assessment
