Temple Sholom’s Rimon Education Program is seeking passionate and creative educators for the 2025/2026 academic year. Rimon serves students in grades K–12 through engaging, learner-centered Jewish education that fosters curiosity, identity, and connection.

Rimon, the Hebrew term for pomegranate, transcends the concept of a Religious School. It represents an inclusive learning community where students are encouraged to pose significant questions, articulate their perspectives, and actively participate in shaping their educational journey. The program emphasizes connection, meaning, and a profound sense of belonging within the Jewish narrative and community.

Positions Available

• Sundays: 9:30 am–12:00 pm – Jewish life, holidays, culture, and values
• Weekday Hebrew: Monday - 5:30 to 7:00 pm and Tuesday - 4:00 to 5:30 pm – Small-group Hebrew and prayer

The organization seeks enthusiastic educators who enjoy working with children and possess the following qualifications:

• Passion: A strong commitment to Jewish life and learning
• Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience: Teaching experience is advantageous, though not mandatory
