We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to bring our agency to the next level.  As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of the Marketing Department and will be an expert in multi-tasking, prioritization and relationship building.  This position is in Nassau County (East Hills), Long Island. 

How You’ll Help Us Be Successful:

  • Work with the marketing team to manage the day-to-day activities in the department from the initiation of a project through to completion
  • Responsible for managing project workflow by developing production schedules and ensuring all project delivery dates are met
  • Work with vendors to negotiate and obtain quotes
  • Traffic all approved collateral
  • Event calendar management
  • Handle mailings and stay up to date on post office regulations
  • Data entry and QA of website
  • Manage and maintain all internal CMS including Basecamp, Cardio/Clubcom, TV system
  • Any additional duties agreed upon by Vice President of Brand Strategy + Communications 

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically excel
  • Excellent time management skills; strong attention to detail; financial/budgeting diligence
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and collaborate cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Marketing, nonprofit and Wordpress experience preferred, but not required
