Part-Time Cantor - High Holy Days & Community Support (Taiwan)

Shir Shalom Taiwan, a vibrant Progressive Jewish community in Taipei, seeks a part-time Cantor to enhance our lay-led High Holy Days services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lay leadership to create meaningful worship experiences
• Assist with holiday celebrations and special events

Qualifications:

• Hebrew pronunciation and liturgical knowledge
• Experience leading Progressive/Reform services
• Ability to teach and mentor lay leaders
• Cultural sensitivity for diverse, international community
• Flexibility with lay-led community structure

Position Details:

• Part-time, flexible arrangement
• High Holy Days commitment required (September/October)
• Additional Shabbat and holiday support as available
