We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Preschool on the Upper East Side. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our preschool, fostering positive relationships with incoming families, children, and colleagues, and driving our admissions and enrollment efforts. Responsibilities: - Foster positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving - Ensure compliance with health department requirements, maintaining accurate records and implementing safety protocols as needed - Oversee tuition payments, including invoicing, payment tracking, and communication with families regarding payment schedules and deadlines - Develop and implement strategic admissions plans to meet enrollment goals, including: - Managing the admissions process, including applications, tours, and interviews - Building relationships with prospective families and providing exceptional customer service - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the preschool and attract new families - Ensure regular communication with parents, including: - Weekly email newsletters highlighting preschool events, news, and important dates - Organize and execute events centered around families, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and holiday events.
