activists with a deep personal connection to Israel. Young Judaea does this through a robust arc of
programs that include regional camps, a national teen camp, year-round programming, Israel immersive
experiences, reunions, and summits/conferences.

Young Judaea is seeking an Office and Systems Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating
and operating organizational systems (registration, CRM, phone, computer), as well as serving as the
primary professional for using the organizational database to track donations, donor engagements,
grants and produce data reports/lists for communications efforts. The Office Administrator will also be
responsible for coordinating with the telecommunications and Information Technology vendors as well
as other systems related to the Young Judaea office. Additional operational, administrative, and support
responsibilities as needed.

REPORTS TO: Director of Data Strategy


-Enters data into Salesforce for check and wire-transfer donations
-Enters data into Salesforce for all Foundation engagement and grant management
-Sends acknowledgement letters and/ or emails for all donations and refunds
-Supports events and special initiatives as needed

Office Management and Administration:
-Responsible for daily office management such as ensuring availability of and ordering office
-Communicates with vendors for online payment processing, building management, security and
maintenance, telecommunications, Information Technology
-Maintains staff directory, Young Judaea Global board lists, shared program calendar
-Schedules and coordinates board meetings, including: catering, virtual setup, physical space
booking, transcribing meeting minutes
-Responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff parties and celebrations, specifically for
holidays, birthdays, work anniversaries
-Coordinates for outside of office celebrations and condolences for staff, alumni, and board
members, and deeply involved community members (memorial tributes, sending YJ s.w.a.g.,
shiva meal/basket)

-Supports Director of Data Strategy in developing custom reports, producing regular reports for
communications, development, and finance team;
-Onboards new employees on all organization systems and procedures; work with Director of
Data Strategy to train existing team on new updates to systems or new systems
-Manages and maintains office phone system
-Executes daily use of registration system, including processing payments, receipts, reports, and
producing lists for Young Judaea Global programs

-Pays close attention to detail and extremely efficient
-Ability to multitask and thrives in high-paced re-start up environment
-Comfortable with database systems and facile with technology, specifically experience with
-Extremely organized and appreciates developing systems and organization
-Easy going personality – “can do” attitude - friendly
-Proactive and steps in to take care of things when they need taking care of

-Bachelor’s degree
-Proven success working with cloud-based databases and tools

-Salary Range: 45-50k commensurate with experience and competitive benefit package
-This is a full-time position with hybrid work. 1-2 days in NY office and 3-4 days remote
