Who We Are:

Moishe (pronounced moy-shuh) House is what being Jewish in your 20s is all about. Launched in 2006 when four friends began hosting Shabbat dinners in their home, Moishe House provides a space for over 70,000 young adults around the world to create meaningful, welcoming Jewish communities for themselves and their peers each year. To date, there are more than 150 communities in over 40 countries, and we’re still growing!

The Jewish Learning Collaborative (JLC) enables and inspires professionals and lay leaders at Jewish organizations to access Jewish text, thought and wisdom through building a relationship in 1:1 learning sessions with relatable, diverse Jewish educators. We aim to maximize the growth and success of professional and board leadership as well as organizational potential by introducing Jewish learning as a catalyst for personal and professional growth.

The Jewish Learning Collaborative is growing quickly, and we are building a team to meet and expand demand for individualized learning that is relevant and authentic. Founded in 2021, the Jewish Learning Collaborative uses data and educational pedagogy to support learners as well as a growing marketplace of Jewish clergy and educators.

The Jewish Learning Collaborative (JLC) is searching for a Jewish Learning Collaborative Partnerships Manager to lead the JLC’s relationship with organizations who offer JLC learning to their staff and boards. The Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in growing the Jewish Learning Collaborative, supporting organizations to bring JLC learning to their teams, and then maintaining the JLC’s connection with each organization as learners come onboard over time. This position reports to the Executive Director.

A successful Partnerships Manager will be a connecter and problem-solver, exhibiting deep curiosity and the creativity to design new approaches to the JLC’s partnerships with learning organizations for supporting the Jewish Learning Collaborative’s pedagogy and philosophy. They will be a trusted implementer who enjoys cultivating and stewarding relationships and working in partnership with each organization to support their learning journey. Their ability to be nimble, adaptable, and maintain a positive, proactive outlook will enable them to thrive in the ambiguity of a fluid start-up environment.
