Operations and Administrative Director
Full-Time | Education Department | Reports to: Senior Director of Learning & Engagement
Position Summary: Are you a systems thinker who thrives on organization, communication, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Our Operations & Administrative Director plays a central role in ensuring the success of our early childhood and religious school programs. As the connective thread within our dynamic Education Department, this individual brings order to complexity, streamlines operations, and provides warm, responsive service to families and staff alike.
This is a front-facing role, requiring outstanding interpersonal skills, tech savvy, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. If you love building systems, solving problems, and supporting meaningful work with children and families, we’d love to meet you.
